Why does the site show a company is not under baby shelf but the float value is less than $75m?

Written by Shawn Stevenson

If the company was over baby shelf at some point in the past, it is considered over baby shelf until the next time it files its 10-K/20-F, meaning they will be considered over baby shelf status even if they dip below $75m float value.
