What does the note at the top of the O/S chart mean?

ATMs, S-1 offerings and some equity line dilution calculated using market price of $4.645 as of Monday, Dec 12, 3:22 PM ET.

This line is only an ASSUMPTION of how many shares would be issued if the entire ATM is used or S-1 offering is raised at the current market price.

It is not an indication of actual dilution and what new shares will actually be sold at.
