Standard adjustments that applies to most warrants

Almost all warrants issued today include standard adjustments such as:

  1. Stock Dividends and Splits - In the event of a stock dividend or split, the exercise gets adjusted by the ratio of the stock dividend/split.

  2. Subsequent Rights Offerings - Participation in future rights offerings as if warrants were exercised

  3. Manual Adjustment - Negotiated reduction in exercise between the company and the holder
